Customer Service Representative - Remote
The Customer Services Representative - Scheduler is responsible for handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls for scheduling and customer service. This position will be responsible for scheduling patient sleep studies. The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class service experience, with every patient and/or physician interaction.
HST Technician - Lincoln, RI
HST Technician works fully onsite. Schedule may be Monday-Friday during training, then required to work Tuesday through Saturday once trained and weekends as needed. The position is responsible for setting up home sleep study equipment and CPAP equipment and accurately shipping to patients as well as cleaning, preparing, inventorying, and stocking HST and PAP equipment. In this role, the incumbent will assist patients over the phone and occasionally in person.

Respiratory Therapist - Dartmouth, MA
The Respiratory Therapist sets up and demonstrates required medical and testing equipment to patients. Responsible for delivering respiratory and other equipment and providing service to a patient in their home or other medical facilities as needed. The Respiratory Therapist also provides patient support as needed.
Clinical Administrative Assistant - MA & RI
This is an onsite position working for BetterNight at the clinical offices at EPOCH Sleep Centers 4 days a week at the Dartmouth, MA Clinic and 1 day a week at the Lincoln, RI Clinic. It is expected that the incumbent work in a clinical setting.
Respiratory Therapist - Aurora, CO
The Respiratory Therapist sets up and demonstrates required medical and testing equipment to patients. Responsible for delivering respiratory and other equipment and providing service to a patient in their home, in our clinic and at other medical facilities. The Respiratory Therapist also provides patient support as needed. This includes but is not limited to coaching, education, information and Respiratory Assessments on all patients in an office, home or medical environment, utilizing both face to face encounters and telephone communications.
